In a traditional design in strong colors, the certificate depicts an awe-inspiring image of St. Joseph and Mary making their wedding vows before a priest, with Joseph placing a ring of faithfulness upon Mary's outstretched finger. Both parents of Jesus are pictured in their purity and humility as the priest blesses their mutual love. The image is taken from an original lithograph of a marriage certificate. Below them, the fruitfulness of their marriage is pictured (Jesus), along with Christ blessing the wedding feast at Cana. Below the design is a place to personalize the certificate with names, dates, witnesses, etc.
