Stolen Copper Plumbing

Dear Customers and Business Partners—

Last night, our gift manufacturing facility here in Steubenville, Ohio was burglarized and some of our copper plumbing was forcibly removed. By morning, an open water line had left about two inches of standing water in the second floor of our building where gifts and art are made. The water dripped down onto the first floor where our printing department and our local showroom are located.

Many thousands of dollars of work-in-progress have been lost, most significantly any jobs related to paper and printing that were in process or due to ship this week. This would include any custom posters, prints, prayer cards, booklets, or calendars.

No manufacturing or shipping is likely to be done today or tomorrow. Any orders with deadlines this week, I'm sorry to say, are surely going to be delayed, especially if they consist primarily of paper products.

At this time we are cleaning up the mess and putting things back in order ourselves while we wait for consultation from our insurance company and the Steubenville Police Department. We appreciate your prayers and patience in the meantime.

My office staff will do their best to keep you updated as we figure out how this will affect your current orders in-house. At this time, we just don't know much.

Sincerely,

Mark Nelson
