Celebrate the birth of Christ with these unique triptych Christmas cards! These beautiful cards will grace any mantle or shelf. The image depicts the Adoration of the Magi by Gentile da Fabriano, with a history of the painting on the back of each card. The front in ornate gold lettering wishes a "Merry Christmas" below is a holiday verse "From The East Came The Magi To Bethlehem To Adore The Lord; And Opening Their Treasures They Offered Precious Gifts: Gold For The Great King, Incense For The True God, and Myrrh In Symbol Of His Burial." Unfold the first side to see a Christmas greeting "May The Peace Of Christ Be To Your House And All Who Dwell There." The set of 12 cards and envelopes comes packaged in a lovely organza bag. They are a perfect way to share your Christmas wishes with friends and family. Closed each card measures approx 9in tall and 3in wide. Open for display each card measures approx 9in wide. Cards can be sent with standard postage.
Please note: triptych Christmas cards feature cover-to-cover artwork, and are designed to be truly breathtaking. Practicality takes a backseat to beauty with here, and cover-to-cover artwork means sparse space in which to write personal messages.
We recommend including a hand-written or printed message on a separate piece of paper with each card—we’ll supply the envelopes to help you keep it nice and tidy. If you would still like to sign the card itself, we recommend using a gold or silver-ink pen.

These cards are truly a work of art intended more for meditation than some superficial Christmas platitude.
These cards are absolutely beautiful in every aspect! I treat my friends with a Christmas painting in an envelope. These cards are beautiful enough to frame and hang on your wall. Many friends comment on their beauty. I prefer to send cards that are religious and these fit the bill perfectly!
Beautiful, distinguished artwork on these cards. I look forward. to mailing them to special friends and family.
Everyone to whom I sent these Christmas cards this year complimented their beauty which, it's my hope, helped them prepare for a beautiful Christmas season. As for the difficulty in writing on the dark background, I used a gold-colored Sharpie and they looked as if they were custom printed.
The card itself is beautiful. One problem though, there is no place to sign the card. Evey thing except the painting is colored brown. Blue, black or red ink is very, very hard to see.Since I can't find a pen with white ink I guess I'll have to use a retun address lable on the cards. This will look terrible and lose the personal touch of a signature.
Cards are beautiful and spiritual.
