Summer is officially here! June has been celebrated as the month of the Sacred Heart ever since St. Margaret Mary Alacoque petitioned for an official Sacred Heart devotion in the 1600s. June has a number of very important feast days, including Corpus Christi, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and Sts. Peter and Paul. Saints of June, pray for us!
