A minimum purchase of $75 dollars is necessary in order to qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping is only available inside the continental U.S.--this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, foreign U.S. Military Bases and Embassies, and all International Shipments. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for your Free Shipping items to arrive. If you need your items less than 4 weeks from the day you place your order, we do not recommend selecting Free Shipping.
Why 2-4 weeks? Many of our USA-made products are created on-demand; instead of coming from overseas in shipping containers, they are built in our shops in Steubenville as orders come in. When you place a Free Shipping order, you are allowing us 2-4 weeks to gather enough ordered products like yours so we can do a decent production run. As manufacturing goes, the more products you can make at a time, the less time you have to spend per product. Time equals money, so when you give us more time, we save money, and can in turn pass those savings along to you in the form of free shipping!
We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to remedy any issues.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not the result of our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipments will be shipped via United States Postal Service. International shipments cannot be insured, and Catholic to the Max is not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged or stolen items shipped internationally. All items are carefully packed within the parameters set out by the United States Postal Service and each package is hand-delivered to a United States Post Office for shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates listed on the shipping quote page may not reflect the actual cost of international shipping. If the shipping cost exceeds the rate listed on the quote page, the customer will be contacted by Catholic to the Max with the additional shipping cost before the order is shipped.

Want to pick up your online order at our store?
Simply proceed to checkout with your shopping cart as it is. When you come to the "Shipping Method" section, select any shipping method (it doesn't matter which) available. Then, before you complete your order, enter the coupon code: PICKUP43952 in the coupon box. PICKUP43952 will deduct your shipping cost and flag your order to us as an in-store pickup order.
***Once your order is ready for pickup, we will update its status to "Awaiting Pickup" and give you a call at the phone number you provided. From that point, you will have 3 weeks to pick up your items***
After 3 weeks, the items will be placed back in stock in our warehouse, and may not be available immediately at any time afterward. If you need more time to get your order, please call our office at 740.282.5334 and talk to us. We can tag your order with a specific pickup date if necessary.
