Five stars and much much more!
Ordered the Fatima 100-year anniversary arched diptych but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. When Karen, the office manager, learned of the error she informed me that they were going to send another one and she told me to keep the incorrect one. However, when I received the shipment, I got the wrong item the second time. Karen was again apologetic and she told me that she was personally going to their production department with a picture of the item I ordered to make sure that the item in the picture was the correct one to be sent. Finally, I received the correct item. Just like the wrong items I got, this diptych is beautiful and shows quality workmanship - clearly made by master craftsmen. Indeed, it's five stars and much much more! I am amazed and so grateful of Karen’s efforts to make things right which really exceeded my expectations especially since I placed just one small order. Such a commitment to great customer service is commendable.
